Edit: 2 hours later I have not received a notification about the reasons for my ban nor the duration. He had time to talk shit about me for several minutes afterward but apparently not enough time to do his actual job.
This might have something to do with there being no good reason and the duration being only as long as Dom gets away with it. I think it's about time I had a little chitchat with his superiors.
Edit: Over a day later, still no notification.

Update: I finally received a note from dxd regarding my ban. He said "we" (who?) have decided that I no longer belong in devart. Hahaha... HAHAHA.

You know, it would be one thing if you actually enforced this stuff with any amount of consistency, but there have repeatedly been other users who have been far more destructive than my mild mischief has been. I have told CVs and $taff about the issues with those users multiple times and nothing has been done. For example, I suppose JoeBostonPhotography will not be permanently banned or in any way punished for spamming the chat for hours on end and seriously harassing other users?

I cannot respect the rules and the enforcers when that sort of nonsense happens ALL. THE. TIME. If it appeared there was even a modicum of effort being made to truly deal with those problems then maybe I wouldn't be so critical of you and the volunteers, but the simple fact is that under your "guidance" the chat community has run amok with things that, before, would not have been tolerated at all. The volunteers are poorly-selected and ill-prepared, when they are present at all, and you would sooner ban those who give criticism by claiming it is "antagonizing" than to take advice and suggestions. You are childish and incompetent and I am incredibly sorry for the chat community that they have to deal with your absentee parenting.

Now, I would not normally ask for this but I'm about fed up... 

A handful of users, along with dxd, have apparently somehow convinced the powers that be that I am some sort of horrible monster that ruins all the things when it comes to the chat. I would like, if you could, for those of you who disagree with that sentiment to comment here with something to vouch for me.

Additionally...

I am putting together a formal complaint against dxd and several users, as well as a general complaint about the state of chat moderation, and will be sending it directly to the $taff members that are probably not fuckwits. If you have anything to contribute to that, be it evidence of abuse or suggestions for improvement, please note me and let me know. I will be posting another journal about it sometime next week.
